*Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items if it is deemed that the package was delivered accordingly to the address provided.
*Please make sure that the delivery address you are using is secure and that you, or someone else will be available during the time of delivery.
*All sales & promotional item/package are final sale and cannot be returned/refunded unless merchandise arrives damaged.
*Returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is issued by us.
*If items are returned to us damaged or visibly worn, no credit or refund will be issued.
*Refund/exchange may subject to restocking fee.
*If your package was not delivered as intended, or if there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us within 3 business days after the shipment shown as delivered so we can issue an internal investigation.
*Please note that investigations may take up to 15 business days to be resolved. Once we received a full report, and if it is concluded that the item(s) shipped were either lost or mishandled, we will either send replacements or issue a full refund back to the original method of payment.
*Multiple shipments: Merchandise ordered may be shipped from different locations and may arrive separately. Please note that there is no additional charge.
*Backorders: If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock, we will notify you of the expected date of delivery via phone or email.
*Shipping charge is for continental US only.
**The shipping rate to Alaska or Hawaii will vary based on the destination, weight and dimensions of the package(s). Our customer service will contact you for additional shipping charge before shipment.
- Once your order is confirmed in our system, no changes will be accepted.
- Shipment processing time: 2 – 4 business days (after payment cleared).
- Delivery transit time: 2 – 7 business days from the date you received this tracking email.
- Please allow additional processing and delivery time if you placed order during weekend, holidays and/or special events.
- Any natural event such as flooding, hurricane, tornado, snowstorm and etc. may also affect regular transit time.
- Do not contact our courier directly to reroute your shipment to an alternative address once it has been in transit, a processing fee may apply to your account
